Consultation & design

We understand your plot and put it on paper

It starts with a site visit and a real conversation about how you want to live — then we turn that into drawings you can react to before a single brick is laid.

2D floor plans and 3D elevation, refined with you until it feels right

Approvals & estimate

Statutory clearances and a fixed, written estimate

Before work begins, the paperwork is in order and the price is locked. You read every brand and rate, then sign — so there are no surprises later.

Foundation & structure

The bones of your home, built to spec

Our own civil team takes over the site. The structure goes up with spec-grade materials and waterproofing — and you see the progress, not just the invoices.

What happens

In-house civil team — engineers and supervisors on your site
Spec-grade steel, cement and ready-mix concrete (Fe500/550 TMT, 53/43-grade cement, RMC M20)
Foundation, columns, slabs and waterproofing with Dr Fixit systems
Milestone updates so you always know what stage your home is at

A structurally sound home built to the signed specification

Finishing

Where the house becomes a home

Once the structure is ready, the finishes go in — exactly the brands and grades named in your package tier, so what you signed for is what you receive.

What happens

Flooring, plastering and painting (Asian / Berger / Dulux)
Electricals (Finolex / Cona) and CPVC plumbing (Ashirwad / Astral)
Doors and windows fitted to your chosen tier
Kitchen and bathroom fixtures and sanitaryware (Parryware / Cera / Hindware)

What you get

A fully finished home with the fittings named in your tier
Brands and finishes that match the signed spec, item for item

Handover & warranty

Keys in hand, and a warranty behind them

We close out every snag, hand over the documents, and stand behind the structure for years — with optional interiors if you would like us to keep going.
