Global Constructions & Realtors was founded in 1995 by Vaseem Khan — a Bangalore name that grew up in realty, learning every plot, approval and pour from the ground up. Building on the same land we sold taught us that a home is only as good as the team behind it.
Today Global Construction is our turnkey home-building venture. One in-house team — architects, civil engineers and site supervisors — carries your project the whole way: design, approvals, construction and handover, across North & Central Bangalore. No middlemen, no hand-offs that lose accountability.
And we put the promise in writing. A transparent, signed specification lists every brand and finish; a fixed per-sq.ft rate is agreed before anything is poured; and every home leaves us with a 10-year structural warranty.

Vaseem Khan starts the firm in Bangalore, working across property and building from the ground up — the same plots we sold, we learned to build on.

We standardised three transparent packages — Basic, Standard and Premium — each backed by a signed material specification you can read line by line, with the rate fixed before anything is poured.
10-year structural warranty
Branded materials throughout — Fe500/550 TMT, 53/43-grade cement, RMC M20, Dr Fixit, Asian, Finolex and more — and a 10-year structural warranty on every home we hand over.
